1. Consent to handling of personal data
This domain contains all the organizational and executive information regarding Moebio, an initiative of Biocat.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and LSSICE 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and e-Commerce Services, Biocat la Fundació BioRegió de Catalunya, hereinafter Biocat, in compliance specifically with the stipulations in articles 5 and 6 of the LOPD, hereby notifies users that provide or are going to provide their personal details that said information will be added to a database that has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, Biocat hereby notifies users that any personal details submitted through the form on this website are collected in order to offer information derived from CRAASH Barcelona.
Furthermore by accepting this condition you authorise Biocat to transfer your personal data to Consortia for Improving Medicine with Innovation and Technology (CIMIT), so that they may send you information about the program CRAASH Barcelona.

Nevertheless, the user may decline to be recorded and photographed at any time by notifying Biocat in the manner established in the legal disclaimer below.
